South Florida Logistics Center - Miami, FL
​

  • Designed and permitted the perimeter loop road around project which consisted of approx. 5,100 lineal feet of roadway with a driveway connection to NW 36th Street.

 

  • Designed and permitted Buildings 2 and 3 which consisted of 385,029 s.f. of warehouse space with associated parking and truck courts areas and infrastructure.

 

  • Prepared ICPR model for entire master drainage system to serve the SFLC  which was utilized for modifying the South Florida Water Management Environmental Resource Permit, DERM Class II and III permits.

 

  • Designed and permitted the 12” Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) water main loop around project site with connection to the WASD water main in NW 36th Street and existing water main installed during Phase 1.
